ETHIOPIA GUJI ADOLA
ETHIOPIA GUJI ADOLA
This coffee comes from Guji, southern Ethiopia, where elevations of 1,900–2,300 meters and fertile soils encourage slow cherry maturation. Produced by Ayana Dube, a first-generation farmer with over 20 years of industry experience, the lot features Ethiopian heirloom varieties and undergoes six days of anaerobic fermentation. The result is a vibrant, complex cup with notes of red plum, red apple, and honey-like sweetness.
