What countries do you currently ship to?
We e-commerce website currently only ships to the UAE. If you’d like your beans delivered to other parts of the world, please contact us via email or WhatsApp.
What are your shipping charges?
We offer free shipping on orders above AED 100 in Dubai. For small orders, a delivery fee of AED 20 will apply.
For all other emirates, we offer free shipping on orders above AED 200. For small orders, a delivery fee of AED 40 will apply.
When will I receive my order?
We offer next day delivery across Dubai every day except Sunday. For other emirates, please allow 2 business days for shipment.
What is your refund policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact hello@intellectcoffee.com and we will help you.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard.
