BRAZIL
BRAZIL
Sourced from family farms in South Minas Gerais, Brazil, this coffee comes from members of the Cooxupé cooperative, known for supporting thousands of small Arabica producers. Grown at 900–1,250 meters, the coffee develops natural sweetness through slow cherry ripening in fertile soils and a favorable mountain climate. Produced from the Mundo Novo variety and processed using the natural method, the cherries are dried with the fruit intact, enhancing body and sweetness.
