Yemen : Haraaz Legacy

Hidden among the ancient terraced mountains of Haraz, Yemen, where coffee has been cultivated for centuries, this rare lot reflects the heritage and craftsmanship of one of the world’s oldest coffee-growing regions. At 2,100 meters above sea level, the traditional Udaini variety thrives in the cool mountain climate and mineral-rich soils of the Attarah area.

Carefully processed using anaerobic fermentation, this coffee develops a vibrant and expressive character that highlights the unique terroir of Haraz.

In the cup, expect peach, banana, raspberry, and cane sugar sweetness.

Haraz Legacy is a tribute to Yemen’s historic coffee culture and the enduring tradition of mountain-grown coffees that continue to captivate the world.

Colombia : Huila Pink Bourbon

From the high mountains of Huila, Colombia, at 1,750 meters above sea level, this exceptional Pink Bourbon expresses the vibrant character of Colombia’s most celebrated coffee region. The combination of high elevation, rich volcanic soils, and careful post-harvest innovation produces a cup that is both elegant and deeply expressive.

Processed using an Infused Anaerobic Natural method, the cherries undergo controlled fermentation that enhances aromatic complexity while preserving the clarity of the variety.

In the cup, expect a captivating profile of musk melon sweetness, delicate rose aromatics, and rich cocoa nibs, layered with silky texture and refined fruit character.

This lot highlights the evolving craft of Colombian coffee—where traditional varieties meet modern fermentation techniques to create a truly distinctive sensory experience.
